Nice relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Interesting dishes and a good choice of drinks.

Food is excellent, qualitative and reasonably priced.Venue is kinda authentic, a bit crowded and noisy to my taste, but to each their own.Service is fast, efficient and staff is friendly- will return there for sure !

The impression of today only confirmed my earlier impressions: excellent italian food with a smiling and attentive service. One of the great lunch places in the EU/Lux/Trone quarter.

My husband and I came to celebrate an anniversary and we have zero regrets! The cocktails are so good, the food is great and the service is extremely friendly. My husband had the Irish picanha and I had the burger and we each had a signature cocktail - everything was great! Would definitely come again 😊

Great dinner place for date night

Excellent selection of dishes - from vegan to meat to fish to all that you might desire, great choices, and delicious. Great dining experience, great service: the Poet in the Renaissance by Marriott

They have the best burger in all my travels and Emmanuel is an A1 waiter! Highly recommended when you’re in town for business.

Excellent!

We are local to the area and we decided to head to the eager poet to catch up with some friends. We had a lovely meal and some very reasonably priced drinks.  Upon arrival, we were greeted and told to take a seat. We were served by  Ashleigh and Jodie.  and she was great! Very attentive, made sure we had all we needed to make our visit very homely and welcoming. They were great! The service was very nice.  Will be returning again soon !

Food & drinks

We ate here several times since we stayed at the hotel where they are based. Service, food and drinks were all good. Our only complaint was the price. Seemed a bit high.

Good hotel restaurant 

we really enjoyed the workshop, we learnt some things, it was very well conducted and cocktails were really good. The break to have some bites was also nice, good food and nice ambiance with live music.

This restaurant is Amazing. The service is excellent and the place is just beautiful. I wanna thank again to the team and specially the lady who was serving us and her patience is something to applaud. I had an amazing birthday and my friends &amp; discover this place and we will be back.

I was expecting more food and there was no explanation about what kind of food there would be. Either you make open buffet or provide clear information. Alcohols with variety and workshop presentation were excellent.

We were visiting Brussels for a few days for the new year celebrations and wanted something a little different to your usual evening dinner, the poet was perfect for this. The 7 course meal allowed us to try several different dishes which were all cooked perfectly and extremely flavourful. Staff were very attentive and chatty as well. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend.

An amazing experience!We had dinner at &quot;The Poet&quot; restaurant last week and it was truly a special evening. The warm welcome, the sublime aesthetics of the venue and the kindness of the staff proved to be comforting and enveloping elements, guaranteeing a sense of pleasantness and relax. The menu and cuisine are also excellent. Particular note of prestige goes to the Maitre Emmanuel: a helpful, kind and friendly professional.  The perfection of formalities did not prevent him from being present, pleasant and from accompanying us on a human level throughout the evening. A big thank you to Emmanuel and the restaurant &quot;The Poet&quot; which I recommend for a special evening!

I enjoyed my meal and I will certainly eat there again.  The restaurant was busy, so there were some waits but otherwise everything was perfect.

Very nice people and delicious food. Maybe an explanation of the ingredients of the dishes on the menu would help to choose. Nevertheless the chief explained it very kindly.
